Returns Policy:

  • All sales are considered final - Refund on returned products if unused, unopened and in resaleable condition. Refund is minus all shipping and handling fees incurred by AllPest Express and a 10% restocking charge applies. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned products.


  • AllPest Express will replace any item lost or damaged during shipment, from the time your package leaves our warehouse until the time delivery is confirmed by UPS or USPS tracking. Please be sure you are available to receive your packages, or leave instructions for UPS or the US Postal Service concerning the delivery of your package(s).

 

  • No refunds will be issued after 30 days from shipping date of product.
 

 
Mattress & Boxspring Cover Sales are Final!
 
  • For health reasons all Protect-A-Bed Matress or Box Spring Encasement's sales are final, with the exception of faulty items. Faulty encasements must be returned within 36 hours for a exchange. We will not except the return of any used encasements. If we determine the encasement has been used. It will be returned to you COD and no replacement or refund will be issued. We will not replace any encasement of which we were not notified of the default within 36 hours of confirmed delivery notification by our shipper.

Please inspect your merhandise immediatley upon receipt.
