SHIPPING POLICY
We Ship Everywhere in the USA!
"Sorry, we do not accept international orders."
We begin processing your order immediatley, Monday through Friday. It is our general policy to process your order the very same business day that you place your order. However, it is possible that your order may not be shipped until the next business day. This depends on the time of the day and whether or not our shipping company has ran their daily pick up. USPS picks up at noon & UPS usually picks up between 2 & 3 PM East Coast Time. We do not process any orders on weekends, major holidays or during inclement weather.
BIRD-X Products are processed immediatley. However, Bird-X Products are shipped direct to you by the manufacturer, normally within 72 hours and only via UPS. You may choose a expedited UPS shipping option if you choose. Just be aware of the 72 hour shipping rule for any Bird-X product. Please do not choose US Postal Service Shipping Options when ordering any Bird-X Products. If you do so, we reserve the right to change the shipping method to UPS.
Shipping times normally average no more than 1 to 6 BUSINESS DAYS from our store, to your door, depending on your location. We ship from Baltimore, MD. 21221
- Choosing a UPS Expedited Shipping Method does not include Saturday, Sunday or holiday processing, shipment or delivery.
- AllPest Express will not to be held responsible for delays caused by UPS or USPS or any reason beyond our direct control.

If You place your order after 12 Noon EST any day of the week, your order may not be processed until the next business day, this applies to expedited shipping methods as well. We are located on the Atlantic coast of the United States, we go by the Eastern Standard Time Zone, so if you live on the Pacific coast and you don't order before 9AM, your package may not ship until the next business day.

AllPest Express will replace any item lost or damaged during shipment, from the time your package leaves our warehouse until delivery is confirmed by UPS or the USPS tracking system.

Please be sure you are available to receive your packages or leave instructions for the UPS driver or your Postal Service carrier as to where they should deliver your package(s) should you be unavailable to receive your order. This is important, as a signature may be required.

We ship your items based on the shipping information we receive from our customers. When we ship to the instructed shipping address and UPS has to correct the shipping address or a exception change is requested by you after the package has been shipped, UPS will charge us an additional $10.00 for this service. This charge must be passed on to the billing address when you placed your original order and will be deducted from the credit card used during the intitial purchase. If your package is returned due to a incorrect shipping address or for your failure to receive your package(s), any refund due will be minus all shipping charges incurred by us for the shipment of your package(s)

- Aerosols cannot be shipped by Aircraft and will only be shipped via UPS Ground, First Class Mail or Parcel Post!!
