Aerosol's and some pesticide products on this website are not allowed on any aircraft. Therefore, we will only ship aerosol cans and certain other pest control products by UPS Ground or USPS Parcel Post regardless of the shipping method you choose. 
"Transit time" only refers to the shippers estimated time in transit AFTER your order has been packed, processed and picked up by the shipper. 

**We begin processing orders Monday through Friday. We try to process your order the very same business day that you place your order, and we normally ship within 3 to 5 business days. 

**NOTE: For our protection and the protection of all credit card holders, large orders may take up to 72 hours to process. Before a large order can be processed, the payment method must be cleared by our merchant processor and/or our banking institution. (PayPal payments can take up to 5 days to clear)

We do not process any orders on weekends, major holidays or during inclement weather.
We cannot guarantee UPS or USPS transit times once your package is in the hands of UPS or USPS. It is the respective shippers who state the transit times, not AllPest Express. However, the shippers are pretty reliable with the In Transit time Estimates.
If You place your order *after 12 Noon EST any day of the week, your order will not be processed until the next business day, this applies to all shipping methods

We are located on the Eastern (ATLANTIC) coast of the United States, we operate on the Eastern Standard Time Zone clock, so if you live on the Pacific coast and you don't order before 9AM, your package may not ship until the next business day.

We are closed on Saturday, Sunday, New Years eve, New Years day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Memorial Day Extended weekend, Fourth of July holiday/weekend, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving weekend (TH, FR, SA, SU), Christmas Eve, Christmas day and the day after Christmas.

Shipper transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holiday processing, shipment or delivery.

 AllPest Express will not to be held responsible for delays caused by UPS or USPS, inclement weather or any reason beyond our control.Shipping charges are non-refundable once we ship your order under all circumstances.

We insure all items we ship.  However, we cannot be held responsible for any shipped items that are lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery by United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Postal Service

IMPORTANT MESSAGE: We ship your items based on the shipping information we receive from our customers. When we ship to the instructed shipping address and UPS has to correct the shipping address or a exception change is requested by you after the package has been shipped, UPS will charge us to $17.00 for this service. This charge must be passed on to the billing address when you placed your original order and this fee will be deducted from the credit card used during the intitial purchase. If your package is returned due to a incorrect shipping address or for your failure to receive your package(s), any refund due will be minus all shipping and processing charges incurred by us for the shipment of your package(s)
Packages returned to us by the shipper (UPS) for your failure to receive it will incur an additional return shipping charge that must be paid to the carrier by AllPest Express. This return shipping charge is subtracted from any refund due to you.

Order's that offer  "Free Shipping" are always shipped by a method of our choosing. 

Shipping and Handling charges include the actual shipping cost and processing fee's to include shipping, labor and material costs associated with the preparation of your package(s) for shipment to the shipping address provided.

*Shipping charges are non-refundable once your order has shipped unless your item is received defective or damaged in transit.

Aerosol's are not allowed on any air craft. Therefore, we can only ship aerosol cans by UPS Ground or USPS Parcel Post if applicable. Please do not request expedited shipping methods if your order contains any aerosols.
